Tsavo’s participation project leaders play a connecting role between clients, project teams, and building users – from residents to commercial tenants of housing associations, and from Owners' Associations to municipalities. Our approach revolves around building trust, preventing resistance, and achieving high satisfaction rates.  

We work for housing associations, Owners' Associations, and municipalities that want to involve residents or entrepreneurs in sustainability and renovation projects. In every project, we map out the wishes, concerns, and interests of the involved groups. This helps clients accurately assess where opportunities for collaboration lie and where potential opportunities may arise. Our project leaders safeguard the client's frameworks while taking applicable laws and regulations into account, and monitor societal developments that influence participation and sustainability, such as new energy standards or changing resident expectations. This allows us to remain alert to external factors that could influence the process.  

Through this careful approach, we keep communication transparent and decision-making balanced. Throughout the entire process – from planning to delivery – we constantly seek the right balance between technical, financial, and social interests.
